Ordering:

You can buy from one of our dealers or from us directly (International or if you do not have a local dealer):

Simply Buy Online with your Visa, Amex, Master Card and Discover credit cards (OR your Paypal account, if you have one). Simply add items in the cart. When you finalyse the transaction, JUST CLICK ON "CHECK OUT" BUTTON, and then just fill with address and credit card numbers. Please use the same address as your credit card statements address for credit card approval. If you want products delivered to a different address, leave a "special note to merchant".

Customers DO NOT need a PayPal account to pay. However, Registered Paypal customers have speed through checkout without retyping financial information or even your address (A PayPal account is entirely optional).See Paypal info

Once your payment is complete, you will be emailed a receipt for this transaction.
Credit card Statement will show sales from Sogeman-Microlog.

to US and Canada continental destinations:
Orders for stock items will usually ship within 24 hours.
We ship Microlog orders to continental US and Canada destinations via Priority mail (4-10 days)
Need it Fast>>>We will send an email and ask extra funds for Express mail or UPS 2nd Day air in US or Canada:
Exemple: Express mail with an extra charge of $US15 for up to 3 pounds, 1.5 KG.(2-5 Business Days in USA)
Packages sent Express Mail within the United States take 3-7 days for delivery

Shipments must be sent via USPS to PO Boxes and APO/FPO addresses. United States Postal Service (USPS) offers only limited tracking information.

International Customers (outside USA/Canada):
For outside continental US-Canada, You WILL need to ADD money to cover extra standard or Air shipping outside USA/Canada, read about shipping charges needed below:

We ship your international order via regular surface mail(boat) if you are ready to wait (4-8 weeks) and you will need to add an extra as our web site tell shipping amount for US and Canada.
In some countries, there is a maximum of $100 insurance, which is the maximum you can get if your package is lost or damaged.
Size and weight restrictions vary by country.
Need it Fast>>>We can use AIR mail shipping but it is not available for all countries and may be limited to $100 insurance, which is the maximum you can get if your package is lost or damaged.
International customers will then generally receive AIR Mail orders in 5-10 business days,
there will be a delay in your country customs departments (can sometimes be delayed for up to two weeks in customs).

We can also offer Fedex Economy 2 days service or UPS 2nd Day

Tracking an Order
Packages shipped by UPS and Fedex are trackable. If a valid e-mail address is provided, a shipping confirmation with tracking number will be sent when the order is shipped. Visit www.ups.com or www.fedex.com to enter the tracking number and check the progress of your shipment.

United States Postal Service (USPS) offers limited tracking information as they only scan the package when received and delivered. Visit www.usps.com and enter the tracking number to check the progress of your shipment.
If you have not received a shipping confirmation, your order has not been shipped, the email address provided was invalid, or the email was blocked by your spam filter.
Return Policy:

Our goal is your satisfaction, therefore we offer the following:

If the Microlog product you purchased is unlikely defective within the first 30 days we will exchange it. After that, we will repair or exchange(at our option) your Microlog product according to the specific warranty.
You just return, shipping prepaid, the defective item to us, we will then ship a replacement to you at no charge (shipped regular mail to you).

You may also return, shipping prepaid, any new and undamaged (with original packaging) item to us for any reason within the first 15 days of reception and receive a full refund of the purchase price less shipping.
If you installed the product and it is returned within 15 days with all packaging but with little damage or marks, we will apply a 10-25% restocking charge (valid in US and Canada only).
We are sorry, but we cannot accept used items for credit or refund after 30 days of original reception.

In any case, you must first request a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) first via email.

Honesty and Confidentiality:

We are operating a business with honest practices.You can call or email to get a feel and ask for informations, as we try to answer the same day. If you are not satisfied, we will refund you (see policies below).
